Covers Set- up Service

We can help you save precious time! The COVERS team will deliver and set-up and transform your venue of choice to perfection.This is the service that guarantees a hassle free, stress free event.We have an experienced team dedicated to ensuring the immaculate presentation of your chair covers, sashes ( tied as per instructions)and table linens at very little cost and on time.

Minimum charge of $200.00 applies for maximum of 150 chairs.

Includes : Delivery of Hired items in Auckland Area, fitting of chair covers,  tying of sashes, other linen placement – tablecloths, napkins, table runners, table skirts

Pack up Service 

The Covers team can return to your venue once proceedings are complete to remove items hired from Covers Hire Ltd. Please request a quote. 

Self Set Up

The self set-up option is great for the DIY'ers. Covers can supply all hire decoration items for you to transform your venue. See our free how to section for loads of great tips on setting up your dream venue with ease. Ask family and friends to help create your dream wedding setting. 

 Delivery

Covers Hire Ltd can deliver your booked hire items to an Auckland address for a delivery charge of $30.00. Pick up is also available in the Auckland area.

Out of Auckland Function? We can help by having hired linens delivered around New Zealand. A courier charge applies for this service. Orders are sent out so that they arrive 2-3 days prior to your event so you don’t need to worry about receiving them in time. Payment is required prior to dispatch. 

 Centrepiece Design

We can work with you to design a centrepiece using our range of vases, mirrors, beads and stones, lights and florals. We can help with inspiration to create something fabulous that you can put together for your function.
